This time, I would like to introduce Kiki, of my rescue cats.
Kiki is a very timid and easily frightened cat. He is sensitive to small sounds and sudden movements, and at first, he rarely came close to me. Even when I tried to approach him, he would often keep a little distance and quietly watch me.
It took time for Kiki to feel safe.
Recently, however, something wonderful has happened.
Kiki has finally started sleeping with me.
He does not always come close, but sometimes he stays near my bed and sleeps peacefully nearby. Seeing him relax like this makes me very happy. For a timid cat like Kiki, these small moments feel very special.
Kiki is also a little physically delicate, so I sometimes worry about his health. More than anything, I hope he can stay comfortable and healthy and continue to enjoy his days.
One thing that makes me happy is seeing Kiki with the other rescue cats. He gets along very well with them and seems to feel safe when he is with his cat friends. Watching them rest and spend time together is a heartwarming sight.
Kiki may still be a timid cat, but little by little, he is learning to trust and open his heart.
I will continue to watch over him patiently and give him a safe and peaceful place to live. I hope Kiki will have many more happy and comfortable days with us.
今回ご紹介するのは、我が家の保護猫「キキ君」です。
キキ君は、とても怖がりな性格の猫です。少しの物音や人の動きにも敏感で、最初の頃はなかなか近くに来てくれませんでした。こちらから近づこうとしても、少し距離を取って様子を見ることが多く、安心してもらうまでには時間が必要でした。
そんなキキ君ですが、最近になって少しずつ変化が見られるようになりました。
なんと、最近は一緒に寝てくれるようになったのです。
いつもそばに来てくれるわけではありませんが、布団の近くでゆっくり過ごしてくれる姿を見ると、とても嬉しくなります。怖がりなキキ君が少しずつ心を開いてくれていることが感じられ、何気ないその時間がとても大切に思えます。
キキ君は少し体が弱いところがあり、元気に過ごしてくれるか心配になることもあります。それでも、毎日穏やかに過ごしている姿を見ると、これからも元気でいてほしいと心から思います。
そして、キキ君は他の保護猫たちとはとても仲良しです。一緒に過ごしたり、近くでゆっくり休んだりする姿を見ると、猫同士の優しさや絆を感じます。
怖がりだけど優しいキキ君。少しずつ、少しずつ心を開いてくれていることが何より嬉しいです。
これからもキキ君が安心して過ごせるように、ゆっくり見守っていきたいと思います。
